Vint Cerf helped co-create the internet and he created the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP), the Internet Protocol (IP), and he helped to found the Internet Society in 1992. He created the system that the whole world, including this site run on! He also got awarded the ACP Turning Award for work on the internet’s foundations.
